How to stay updated?

How many people will be there?

Our events usually cater to a comfortable number of guests, ranging from 30 to 70 attendees.

How long is the event?

Our events usually run for about 2 to 2.5 hours, but feel free to stay longer and mingle until your heart's content!

What do I need to bring?

Just your lovely self and your mobile phone fully charged. 

Guests must download our free app called Cheeky Events Australia from the Google Play or Apple app store.

It is not a dating app. It is the only way to rate your dates and receive your matches. It can also be used for booking tickets, checking event details, reading our dating tips via the blog button and to contact us directly via the email icon. 

Please download the app today and create a simple profile. Your name and email must match with the exact details you used or will use to purchase your ticket on Eventbrite. You can select which contact details you're happy to share with your matches and you should see any events you're already booked into in the "My Events" tab. If an event that you're booked into is not showing please let us know in advance so, we have time to resolve it. You won't see the other participants until the event has started. 

Even if you don't get a one to one date with everyone (due to high number of guests or guests arriving late) you can mingle with everyone during the scheduled drinking breaks and still put a thumbs up to him/her on the app.

I'm having issues with the Cheeky Events App

Have you made sure you’ve used the same name and email on the app profile as you did for the Eventbrite ticket? If not, you can delete your app profile and re-register. Or if you made a mistake with your email, click on your ticket on Eventbrite and you can edit your email address.


If that isn’t the reason, is your phone registered outside of Australia? If so try using this web browser link to set up a profile.

How can I sign up to the newsletter?

What is the refund policy?

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances. We invest significant time, effort, and resources into preparing for our events. However, you may transfer your ticket to another event if you give us 72 hours. Please note we can only organise one transfer per person once per year.

Are the tickets transferable?

You may transfer your ticket to another event if you give us 72 hours before the event starts, a transfer fee of $5 applies. If you fail to transfer your ticket before this deadline, please contact us directly to let us know you won't be coming.


Our events run best with an even gender ratio so it's important for us to be informed as soon as possible. Each guest is eligible for one ticket transfer per year.

What if I can’t come due to a sudden emergency on the day?

In the event of a sudden emergency, please inform us promptly to facilitate finding a replacement guest. Failure to notify us may result in a temporary 3-month ban from attending events, as we strive to ensure an equal gender ratio for our attendees whenever possible.


Please be aware that despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate last-minute changes beyond our control.

If there are unexpected changes to the venue or event time, we will promptly contact you to make necessary arrangements for ticket transfer.

We strive to maintain a balanced representation of attendees at our events. However, unexpected situations may arise, causing some guests to be unable to attend on the day.
