Booking
We strive to maintain a balanced representation of attendees at our events. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to some guests being unable to attend on the day.
If you are unable to attend the event or anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and offer the spot to another person.

Transfers
To request a transfer to another event, kindly inform us a minimum of 72 hours before the event. Each guest is eligible for one ticket transfer per year. You can transfer your ticket yourself via eventbrite by following these instructions.

Refunds
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances. We invest significant time, effort, and resources into preparing for our events. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person once per year.

Cancellations
In the event of a sudden emergency, please inform us promptly to facilitate finding a replacement guest. Failure to notify us may result in a temporary 3-month ban from attending events, as we strive to ensure an equitable gender ratio for our attendees whenever possible.

Pictures
Group pictures or videos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos taken, please inform us before the event.

Venue/ time changes
Please be aware that despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate last-minute changes beyond our control.
If there are unexpected changes to the venue or event time, we will promptly contact you to make necessary arrangements for ticket transfer.
